Who We Are

Cyprus Apex Construction is a construction and project management company operating in Northern Cyprus. 

Our core business is construction contracting, and in addition to this, we provide project management and real estate development services for investors, landowners, and developers. We support projects from concept to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with high engineering and quality standards. 

Our team has long-standing experience covering all stages of construction, including design coordination, project management, procurement, cost control, and contracting. This multidisciplinary background allows us to evaluate projects from technical, financial, and operational perspectives. 

We have participated in residential, commercial, hospitality, office, educational, healthcare, and infrastructure projects, gaining extensive experience in both superstructure and finishing works, as well as electrical and mechanical subcontracting.

APEX is also a legally registered contractor in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC), allowing us to deliver construction projects directly in the region.

TEAM

The founder was born in Istanbul in 1973 and has been involved in the construction sector from an early age, coming from a family with a construction background dating back to the 1960s.

After obtaining a bachelor’s degree in architecture, he gained extensive professional experience in design coordination, project management, and construction contracting across a wide range of residential, commercial, hospitality, educational, healthcare, and infrastructure projects.

Throughout his career, he has been responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing tender and subcontract processes, procurement, cost control, scheduling, and overall project delivery. His multidisciplinary experience enables him to evaluate projects from technical, financial, and operational perspectives, ensuring efficient and reliable project execution.
