Who we are
Apex Construction (legal name BSApex Constructions Ltd.) is a construction company registered in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (company registration number MŞ28419), located at Hakkı Borataş Caddesi, Kyrenia. We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy. You can contact us at info@cyprusapexconstruction.com.
What we collect
Contact form: your name, email address and message, and, if you choose to provide them, your phone number, company, country and project type. When the form is sent, we also record the time and your IP address to detect delivery problems and misuse.
WhatsApp, phone and email: the information you send us through these channels. WhatsApp is operated by Meta under its own terms.
Analytics and advertising: if you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta Pixel to understand how visitors use the site and how our advertising performs. If you reject them, the Meta Pixel is not loaded and Google tools receive only cookieless, aggregated signals.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and take the steps you request before a possible contract.
- To keep the website and our communications secure.
- With your consent, to measure site traffic and the effectiveness of our advertising.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for automated decisions about you.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers that help us run this website and our communications: our web and email hosting provider and, if you have accepted cookies, Google and Meta. These providers may process data outside your country under their own safeguards.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a business relationship follows and longer retention is required by law. The form delivery log is kept for up to 12 months. Cookie lifetimes are set by the respective provider.
Your rights and choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use, by writing to info@cyprusapexconstruction.com. You can change your cookie choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.
These rights apply under the personal data legislation of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus and, for visitors in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
